Extremely good. Never seen any diversity related issues. Everyone receives equal opportunities and the workplace is very positive toward recruitment, retention, promotion, child care and maternity leave.

Would like more men to openly take up caring responsibilities. Disability, human rights, equal opportunity, Aboriginal culture, and LGBTI training are all available but not compulsory. Everyone should have to do it.

Many programs for Indigenous and disabled people. Including internships, traineeships and graduate programs.
