Working Hours at Victorian Government

I have flexible working arrangements (meaning that working from home is relatively easy), and I have had only a couple of instances of working overtime.

Very flexible - people arrive any time before 9:30 and generally leave between 4 and 6pm.

Very flexible. I started late (about 9.20am) and usually finishes around 5.30pm or 6pm. Sometimes take a long lunch and make up the hours in the afternoon.

I usually work approx 9:30-5:30. Hours are flexible.

Very flexible in hours - flexitime arrangements. Never required to work more than 38hrs/week.

Average 9am - 5.20pm. Sometimes feels hard to leave the office at 5pm even if it is quiet. Generally flexible if an appointment is necessary.

I work just beyond the expected 9-5pm on a regular basis. It's pretty flexible but this is a demanding department.
