Limiting our impact on the environment is one of our key missions. We take responsibility for the entire lifespan of our products - from conception through to when they are recycled into something else.
The formal program consists of 3 eight-month rotations (a 2-year program).

Our carefully designed program includes formal training, graduate conferences and mentoring.
Our graduate community will allow you to connect, share and support each other through your 2-year journey and beyond.
This annual program is complemented by ad-hoc recruitment focussed on graduates for full-time employment. These graduates are also able to avail of the training and development opportunities afforded those on the formal 2-year program.

In March 2018, we launched the Women in Leadership and Operations program (WILO) aimed at advancing more women in Visy. The pilot program has seen engagement sessions with Executives, Leaders and a selection of talent across our business, in each state across Australia and New Zealand. Among other initiatives, we have commenced an Executive Mentoring Program for high potential women across our business. Since launching these programs, a number of women have been appointed into senior roles in Visy Board, Visy Logistics, and Visy Recycling.
