I am unsure of the promotion process.

Opportunity to reach principal engineering level in time.

I would say after completing my program, I can see myself up in the queue. With very broad experience and exposure to a different organisation, I would be able to describe myself much better than now.

Show initiative and be a team player.

I will be a graduate for three years, after which I can apply for a permanent position as an engineer. Many colleagues have moved from graduate to engineer to senior engineer so I believe putting in the time, gaining experience and demonstrating ability will allow me to progress to a senior position.

not really sure how Id progress after the graduate program, but even if you don't go through here, you will be equipped to get a job at most places with the skills you gain from here.

From what I've perceived, it can be a little slow to move 'straight upwards' within a role, as there are limited number of senior positions that can be made available. However, there are plenty of opportunities to move 'horizontally' or 'diagonally' between teams, which is a splendid opportunity to widen your development.

Very limited promotion possibilities. Only when someone leaves the company/role will the higher position be available!
