The environment is very flexible and easily adaptable. The staff is friendly and co-operative. Senior members of team are approachable. The team leader is friendly. In terms of socialising and team building, we organise monthly events outside of work, to relax from workload and to socialise. Ping-pong at the end of each helps to release the tension and anxiety of each day.

Western Power has a positive working environment. Staff are well looked after and provided flexibility in working arrangements. Senior staff are often willing to assist you when required.

Great culture. The cohesion of the team I am currently in is great. The social side of the business as a whole is also good. A lot of events to attend and many opportunities for networking.

Support within the business is great. The vast majority of colleagues and those in leadership positions are willing to go above and beyond expectations to help. Socialising occurs within the group of graduates, not as much with senior colleagues.

Western Power head office (where I am) has a professional and friendly culture. There seems to be well defined hierarchy and role clarity. The team I am in are a close knit team who are happy to help each other. Occasionally there are drinks or lunches outside of work.

Western Power is probably one of the best in work-life balance. Western Power allows for flexible working hours, to allow for the various life-conditions of each person. People very infrequent work overtime. People share knowledge, support each other and share work when needed. All my team leaders have been very supportive of their teams.
