Salary at Western Power

The salary aspect is what the company lacks in. The salary is not similar to the standard of the market i.e. other graduates of the same industry. But the broad exposure to different aspects covers this.

Pay is average. There are no bonuses, though it is a public company so this is expected.

From what I have heard from other graduate electrical engineers across the industry, Western Power graduates appear to have the best pay, except compared to resource-industry-operator's. Western Power does not pay bonuses.
