About this course

The ANU College of Law Military Law Program covers the LTM2 and 3 levels of the ADF competency scheme for ADF legal officers.As an AQF Level 8 qualification, the Graduate Diploma of Military Law requires one year of full-time-equivalent study; however, graduates of the AQF Level 8 Graduate Certificate of Military Law will be granted credit for one half year of full-time-equivalent study.

Entry requirements

This program is restricted to approved Defence personnel who hold a Bachelors of Laws, Juris Doctor or international equivalent qualifying the candidate for admission to legal practice in Australia, as well as a Graduate Certificate of Military Law from ANU. As an AQF Level 8 qualification, the Graduate Diploma of Military Law requires one year of full-time-equivalent study; however, graduates of the AQF Level 8 Graduate Certificate of Military Law will be granted credit for one half year of full-time-equivalent study.
