Great facilities. Open plan, lovely kitchen and bathroom and bike facilities if you use the gym or ride to work.

The office space is fairly consistent between offices. It is minimalist, open plan with the introduction of flexi-desking (if appropriate for you) coming on board. This is in line with the Evolve Our Workspace policy which is helping everyone to work flexibly within the office or at home or wherever. As for dress code, we have a policy called dress for your day. And it's honestly followed. People will show up in jeans and a t-shirt if they're not going to court or meeting clients. I'm in a transactional team where the need to dress up is minimal so I just keep a suit in the office in case it's ever needed.

We have recently moved office. The office is custom built for our purposes and is both functional and aesthetic.

We have dress for your day, which means that we're trusted to decide how to dress each day. If you're not client facing, casual clothes are appropriate.
