Pretty solid if you do well.

Several charities sponsored donating to food drives, reading initiatives, etc. Hosts in house events teaching school students what we do and letting them try it out in simulations. Teaching coding and robotics to students and teachers.

Structure is pretty flat with not a lot of defined hierarchy, although in practice more experienced traders will likely get their ideas prioritised over others. The culture is generally pretty collaborative, relaxed, and people are happy to let their hair loose outside work.

Meritocratic hiring.

My work changes drastically day to day depending on what features I am working on. The people I work with change every day and my role requires a hands-on approach a lot of the time.

Extremely satisfied, they're super accessible, constantly give you feedback on how to improve, and really make an effort to see you succeed.

Open plan office in Sydney, dress code is very relaxed, I wear what I used to wear to uni.

It's long and tough, but the interviewers are keen to see you do well and give tips here and there. They also give great feedback on how you went. Generally problem solving questions, with numerical skills also being tested. Brush up on mental arithmetic, be able to explain what you're thinking when solving problems, that way the interviewer can see what you're doing, as they'll help you out a bit if they think you're going down the wrong direction.

It's about as good as it gets for a grad. There's breakfast in the office, catered dinner if staying back late, accommodate you while looking for a place if moving to Sydney, travel overseas, a huge variety of drinks in the fridge, the list goes on...

All new trading and technology employees undertake the company's in-house global traineeship program which is spread across 2 of the global offices. It is hugely valuable to learning both the relevant skills and also the company specific systems and processes.

The company is quite flexible but it is very common for most employees to stay for quite long hours - there is no requirement but it is common.

We mainly work with computers. We can't really do much for the environmental footprint of our work.
