The Future Makers Academy enables us to bridge the gap between the skills people new to software development typically have and the skills we need them to have to be great at making software at MYOB.
You’ll learn by doing and working collaboratively with others under dedicated mentors experienced in your field. Under their guidance, you’ll work through a series of increasingly complex problems aimed at identifying and stretching your core skills, followed by rotating placements in engineering teams working on different parts of our platform.
By the time you progress out of the academy, you’ll have developed the technical and collaboration skills necessary for a long and successful career as a software professional at MYOB and beyond.
