As an associate developer, my day to day responsibilities involve attending crew meetings, writing code to build web pages, working collaboratively with other crews to achieve goals (completion of web pages)

Since am a protege developer my current responsibility is learning. Trying new things and learning.

I'm currently working in a crew which maintains an online portal which allows accounting practices to keep track of their clients and work with them

As a newcomer to the organisation and industry, I am afforded the time and resources to hone my skills.

Day to day I am learning and getting support from mentors

currently learning a new programming language and have two technical mentors who give me an hour of their time on a daily basis.

As a graduate, my responsibilities are to learn from the crew I'm currently rotating in. I need to ask heaps of questions to gain clarity and help out with pairing on the real product.

Mainly learning best practises of software development

My day to day role currently includes me learning from mentors and working on coding projects.

I am currently doing my first crew rotation. Talk with the team about the progress in the morning, catch/follow up, and pair with senior developers to solve problems, attend meetings to get update information about the company/product/services/new requirements, etc.

Work in a team to deliver software. A mixture of stand-ups, planning meeting, whiteboard sessions to work out problems and some coding where we put our solutions in action.

I am currently in a grad program and am in a training rotation.

At the moment I'm on rotation with a crew, so each day I get to spend some time working on delivery with the crew, and some time on my own learning. I feel like I'm developing confidence in working with a crew, and also setting up solid long-term skills and understanding for my career.
