What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The concept of an associate developer seems a bit strange. Other companies allow you to move from grads to developers, but at MYOB there's a middle step before that. I don't really like this structure.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Discount with JB, Apple, Dell and some other deals with private health insurance, cars, etc.
