To be eligible for Arden's Human Resource Management Master's Degree course you must normally have:
- A UK Honours Degree at a minimum of second class (2.2) or equivalent
For students whose prior learning was not taught in English, you must have IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (no less than 6.0 in any element).
If you don’t have academic qualifications
We are more than happy to consider, and positively encourage, an application from you at Arden University if you have substantial suitable work experience (typically 5 years senior level experience) and can show us that you have the motivation to study the programme. We’ll ask you for a personal statement that demonstrates your ability to study the course. We may also want references and evidence of relevant experiences.

If you don’t already have an Undergraduate Degree, and you’re not quite there with the required amount of work experience for Postgraduate study, we may be able to offer you a place on one of our Undergraduate Degree programmes. Assessments
Assessments at Arden University are designed to provide you an opportunity to demonstrate your strengths in a number of ways and so a variety of methods are used, these could include:
- Reports
- Audit and Case Study Assignments
- Exams
- Research Proposal
- Research Project
To support your development and ensure you are on the right track with your studies we will provide you with tutor feedback on every assessment you submit. If required, your Arden tutor may be able to give you suggestions and tips for improvement and help you understand how to apply your newly acquired skills into real life settings.

Fees
Please note: These fees are for students starting in July 2019. For new applicants starting from October 2019, fees will increase by £1,000.
Pay in Full
You can pay for your Arden University course all in one go if you have the funds. There is typically up to 10% off the total price if you pay this way.
Instalments
You can pay for your studies as you go along. That means no monthly payment obligations; you simply make the next payment when you are ready to start the next stage of your course. So if you can’t pay upfront or perhaps aren’t eligible for a student loan, you can pay in bitesize chunks.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and UK Maestro), bank transfers and cheques. Unfortunately, we are currently we are unable to accept Amex cards for payment. Students can also pay via PayPal if they are paying in GBP.
