They will match donations to any charity. Unsure apart from this. Need more work in environmental and sustainability space - climate change is a big issue that should be discussed more at EY.

Organisational change management, organisational design, etc. Working day to day on stakeholder management and engagement, work product design, project management activities.

Very accessible, great performance feedback system, recognition is done well with quarterly performance reviews with your 'mentor'.

The office space is clean, with lots of natural sunlight and seating options. There are stand-up desks, focus rooms, and different meeting rooms. I believe that a quiet room and a carer's room would also be good. The location is very accessible, in between two major train stations in the CBD. Most required facilities are available. There is no stationary cupboard for employees, however. The dress code is business casual within the office. When meeting clients, the dress code is the same as the client's dress code.

No bonuses. Pay is fine, and typical of what you'd expect at a big 4. It's competitive to get into, so don't expect a great salary. However, with each year your salary grows and if you outperform you can start negotiating larger pay raises and promotions almost immediately. Great growth opportunities. The company also spends a lot of money on you with events, travel, L&D, etc. Lots of team dinners, events for every occasion, if you travel for work basically everything you buy is paid for, very flexible work policies.

Graduate training, then consultant/senior/manager etc training Fortnightly training with team.

Everyone is expected to do long hours, but the company is relatively flexible in how you do them (from home after office hours etc.).

Some efforts in recycling and waste reduction, but nothing major that I have seen.
